Research Use Only — Not for Human or Animal Use

DenaLab supplies products designated for research use exclusively for legitimate laboratory, scientific, analytical, and experimental research purposes.

These products are not intended for human or veterinary administration, personal consumption, self-experimentation, therapeutic applications, or use in the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.

Research-designated products must not be ingested, injected, inhaled, implanted, applied to the body, or otherwise administered to humans or animals.

DenaLab does not represent that research-designated products are approved by Health Canada, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.

Product descriptions, scientific references, and educational information are provided solely for research-related informational purposes and must not be interpreted as medical advice, treatment recommendations, dosing instructions, or evidence of regulatory approval.

How we apply this policy

Every research-designated product page shows a Research Use Only notice next to the purchase controls.

Before an order is placed, the purchaser must tick an unticked acknowledgment confirming research-only use and agreement to our Terms. We record the time of that acknowledgment and the policy version with the order.

The acknowledgment is not a substitute for any legally required eligibility check, and it does not make a restricted product lawful to sell or use. DenaLab may ask for reasonable verification of research use and may refuse or cancel orders where permitted by law.
