Shipping & Returns

Canada: flat $15.00 CAD, free on orders of $250.00 CAD or more.

United States: flat $35.00 CAD per order. You choose the carrier at checkout: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator.

Orders ship after Interac e-Transfer payment is received. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships and can be checked any time on the Track Order page.

We ship only to Canada and the United States. Customers are responsible for making sure products may lawfully be imported and possessed at the delivery address. We may cancel and refund orders we cannot lawfully ship.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us through the Contact page or live chat with your order number and photos as soon as possible after delivery. We will replace the item or refund it.

For product integrity and safety, opened or used research products cannot be returned. Unopened items may be considered for return case by case — contact us before sending anything back.

Approved refunds are sent by Interac e-Transfer. Cancelled unpaid orders are not charged.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
